Native American Center for Health Professions

NACHP serves students in all health professions, including the schools of Medicine and Public Health, Nursing, Pharmacy, Social Work and Veterinary Medicine. We enrich students’ experiences through events, mentoring and educational opportunities. We also engage with our tribal communities through outreach and clinic work.

NACHP's mission is to enhance the recruitment, retention and graduation rates of Native American health professions students and to promote health education, research and community-academic partnerships with Native communities.

Montana State University

At Montana State University, we like to think outside, but not just because we are so close to wilderness. We like to think outside because we are creators, researchers, artists, and thinkers breaking boundaries in over 250 fields. Our Indigenous student population of over 800 is at the center of this creative community, and our ancestors have long come to this dynamic place to learn, to grow, and to be inspired. Today’s graduates leave MSU with a degree and the tools to address some of the planet’s most important challenges.
