Important Deadlines

March 1, 2026: Registration for attendees, sponsors and exhibitors opens. Call for session proposals, research abstracts, artisan vendors opens.
March 31, 2026: Native Artisan Marketplace application closes.
April 30, 2026: Last day to cancel booth space with a full refund, less $100 processing fee.
May 1, 2026: Student travel scholarship application opens.
May 15, 2026: Deadline for session proposals.
June 27, 2026: Last day to register exhibitor booth before price increase.
July 24, 2026: Final day to submit research abstract for a 100% registration discount.
August 9, 2026: Student travel scholarship application closes.
August 14, 2026: Final day to submit research abstract for a 50% registration discount.
September 4, 2026: Final day to register as an exhibitor or sponsor with inclusion in the Conference program. Final day to submit research abstract with no registration discount.
September 21, 2026: AISES Hotel Room Block Cutoff date. Final day for attendees to register at the discounted pre-conference rate.
October 5, 2026: Final day to register for the conference.
