There were so many workshops and connecting with others. I think my favorite event was the Pow Wow at the end. This represented our unity and our culture.

I also got to meet so many hardworking people. I was inspired and my big take-away is to think about ways to give back to my community. As a travel scholar, I realize that many contributed to make this possible. 

I intend to keep working hard and hope to give back in the future.
