For those who are interested in solely exhibiting without Conference sponsorship options, please consult the table below. Exhibit space is assigned upon completed and paid registration. Floor assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis. We do take booth location preferences into consideration, but we can make no guarantee regarding booth placement. The College and Career Fair is open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday, October 16, 2026.

Exhibit booth registration deadline is September 4, 2026 for inclusion in Conference program and materials.

All exhibits include 8-ft. back drape, 3-ft. side drape, exhibitor sign, and 15% discount on advertising in Winds of Change magazine, including the Winds of Change Fall 2026 issue, which will be in all Conference attendee bags, and the National Conference Wrap-Up issue (digital only).

Exhibitors will be acknowledged in the Conference program, Conference website, mobile app, and in the National Conference Wrap-Up digital issue of Winds of Change magazine.

Important Dates

April 30, 2026: Last day to cancel booth space with a full refund, less $100 processing fee
June 27, 2026: Last day to register exhibitor booth before price increase
August 1, 2026: Final day to cancel exhibitor space with a 50% refund, less $100 processing fee
September 4, 2026: Final day to register as an exhibitor or sponsor with inclusion in the Conference program and event signage (if applicable).

Exhibitor Cancellation and Refund Policy

AISES will grant a full refund less a $100 processing fee to any exhibitor that cancels their registration no later than April 30, 2026. Exhibitors that cancel their registration on or before August 1, 2026 will receive a 50% refund, less $100 processing fee. No refunds for cancellations will be granted after August 1. Cancellation and refund requests must be emailed to exhibitors@aises.org. The event is planned as an in-person event.

AISES National Conference Cancellation Policy

The American Indian Science and Engineering Society (AISES) will have no liability to event registrants (whether they attend the event in person or virtually) on account of any loss or damage resulting from any delay, failure, or cancellation with respect to its National Conference if such delay or failure is caused, in whole or in part, by acts of God, strikes, lockouts, riots, acts of war, earthquake, fire, explosions, situations that make it inadvisable to travel or gather in large groups, or other events, including occurrences or causes beyond the control of AISES (each a “Force Majeure Event”).

If AISES should have to cancel its National Conference (whether it be a combined in person and virtual live event, an all in person event, or an all virtual live event) for a reason other than a Force Majeure Event, registrants will be given the option of a refund for their registration fees according to the AISES registration cancellation policy as noted here/or listed above, or to donate their registration fees to AISES.
